Support and Maintenance:
The Support and Maintenance subscription provides you with email technical support for ComTL.
In addition your subscription provides all new product releases and updates while your subscription is active.
ComTL can be purchased with either a 30 day or 1 year of support and maintenance subscription.
If your support and maintenance subscription has expired you can renew it by purchasing a "Subscription Renewal" within 30 days after expiration.
Support and Maintenance Renewal:
You must meet the following criteria to purchase a product support and maintenance subscription renewal:
You must have a current license for the product you are purchasing a subscription for.
** It has not been more than 30 days since you purchased your license.
or
** It has not been more than 30 days since your previous subscription has expired.

Licensing
|
Developer License:
ComTL is licensing on per developer basis. One software license is required per developer.
Team License:
Team License allow you to install the software on the number of machines for which you have purchased a license providing that all developers are working for the same organization.
Site Wide License:
Site Wide License allows Unlimited Developers at a Single Physical Address.
Royalty free product distribution:
You can freely distribute ComTL with your application without worry. There are no additional costs involved and you can use our products indefinitely.
